  I called this store and spoke to Dave the manger. I had just purchased the split king via chat online from his stores web site. I was told by Dan the online chat person that when delivered they would remove my old bed. When the bed arrived one week later I was then told by the delivery guy no they cannot take the bed only part of it. You see I have an adjustable bed from another company and they would only take the air mattress not the frame. So I called the store in Stuart where I got Dave on the phone and he was rude and condescending telling me you didn't buy the bed in the store you bought it online. He reiterated the companies policy of not taking another companies adjustable bed from the home. When I explained that's not what I was told online and in writing. He stated it didn't matter. This after spending more then $7000 with this company, what a disgrace. I just got off the phone with their customer support to lodge a complaint. I was told by Merle a case manger after explaining in detail what happened that they would not even waive the delivery charge. This is bad company that is committing fraud by lying to customers. Do yourself a favor and stay clear from these liars!!

  My husband and I have always wanted a Sleep Number. We went into a store in Jensen Beach, FL on December 10th and purchased our i8 with the adjustable base, sheets, pillows, and duvet with cover. It is now January 2nd and we have given a large chunk of change to Sleep Number and we are sleeping on the floor. They ordered our duvet incorrectly so we had to drop nearly $200 more because of their mistake, they almost delivered the wrong size bed, they never asked if our existing bed frame was compatible with the Sleep Number....I could go on and on! We have now been on hold with their terrible customer service line for almost an hour and now they are struggling with our return due to the mass amounts of issues and changes that had to be done. Everyone we have spoken to is completely useless and should not be in customer service. If Sleep Number would like to sell a premium product, their customer service needs to represent that. You can’t just take thousands of dollars from someone and not follow up with world class customer service. Your managers, sales people, and customer service agents need serious training if they are involved in selling such an expensive product. We are hoping our return goes smoother than the purchase and will be watching closely to ensure all of our money is returned to us. The manager at this location has no business managing anything, I would say Sleep Number should be ashamed, but Sleep Number does not seem to care and his mentality matches the rest of our experience with this company. The manager at the location we went to reviewed his own store on Google and of course, gave himself a 5 star review, too bad I can’t add photos on this post, but I made sure to screenshot it. I wish we never walked into that Sleep Number store because everything has been a disaster and this company is a disgrace! Now that we are dealing with this, I wish I would have done even more research and saw all of the awful things about Sleep Number. Hopefully this post will save someone a large headache and they will go elsewhere for a mattress.
